Housekeeping needs to chill

Checked in smoothly and front desk was super helpful. But then, within 20 min, housekeeping barged in without knocking! Later, they accused us of smoking and wanted to charge my card. On top of that, the room wasn’t super clean, like trash left in the bin. Breakfast was decent tho, plenty of options.

Had a great time with a group of friends! We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hit up Cielo Vista Mall and Lone Star Golf Course. The vibe was just right and the wifi was super reliable. Pro-tip, the breakfast is solid, so make sure to fuel up before heading out.

The only downside was the ADA shower in our room had some mold and got slippery, which made things a bit tricky for my friend who has mobility issues.

I recently enjoyed my stay at this hotel where the staff, especially Sandra and Arturo, were incredibly helpful and exceeded my expectations, making my city explorations easy and enjoyable with its close proximity to fantastic attractions like the EL Paso Zoo, just under 5 km away, and the surreal art gallery and sculpture garden, around 5.5 km away, perfect for a weekend stroll in the enchanting city.
